Polices and Procedures

I love to sew, but don't make anything I don't absolutely love. So if you see it in my shop, you can guarantee two things: I made it and would use it myself. I believe that something can be practical/functional and uber cute at the same time and also affordable. I sell my items at a reasonable fee because I think more like a buyer than a seller. Above all, you can guarantee that what you're buying was made with lots of love and painstaking patience! That said, no two items I make are exactly alike. If you order two of the same thing from me, there are going to be subtle difference in them. Much like handmade pottery.

Payment

I try to take as many forms of payment as I can. Paypal, personal check, cash. I will not ship until payment clears. If you purchase something and hate it, send it on back and I'll refund your money. However, I can't pay return shipping. That's up to you.

Shipping

If you prefer a certain method of shipping, please feel free to ask. If you want insurance or confirmation, ask for that as well. I can ship to you overnight, but ask me to do so as the shipping fee will be more.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be granted for the price originally paid for the item minus any fees accrued for listing and paypal transaction fees. Additionally, a refund will only be granted after the item has been returned to me. Buyer assumes all responsibility for damage to purchase. If item is lost in the mail during return, no refund will be given.
